If you're a Florida teacher administering the FCAT, you might want these directions! Actually, it's great for any teacher who administers a test! It's a Word document so you can import your own testing logo. I think it's a great stress reliever. Click the photo to download.

Thank you so much for this cute test stress reliever! Tara was telling me about how she used it today (thanks for sending it to her). I can't wait to adapt it to our testing in SC. Thank you soooo much!

What a great idea! I have a boy who is allergic to wheat, but I just found gluten free chocolate muffins, so I could adapt it for him to participate as well. Thanks for sharing.

My sons girlfriend is a teacher and she told me of the donut idea last night as she learned it while completing her internship hours. I wanted to do something nice for her so I cut circles on green construction paper and wrote " No Stress Test" in fine marker, and then made a little slit on the side and slipped it over a mechanical pencil (the part where you can clip it on a shirt or piece of paper). Then I gave them to her she was so excited and she said the kids were all using them after the test and they wrote me the cutest thank you card. It was the simplest idea, inexpensive, as I bought the pencils before school started this year and it made her day and their's. I'm not a teacher, just a mom of grown-ups and "I know how the simplest thing makes a kids day! Good Luck FCAT Teachers kudos to you all. :)
ReplyDeleteToo cute! The title sucked me in. ;)
ReplyDeleteI wanted to thank you for posting this! I pretended that my third graders had an extra day of FCAT and when I told that they could only have a no. napkin on their desk they laughed and laughed. It was a blast and they were still giggling at the end of the day!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for making my kiddos smile,
Laura
